TERMS + CONDITIONS
Please be aware that once you have paid your deposit you are accepting all terms and conditions below and confirming your booking.
DEPOSIT
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required to book your wedding day.
Full payment is due 1 week prior to the wedding date.
Any changes can be added to the booking up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, all changes must be made before the final payment is due.
Your booking is not secured until your deposit is paid.
Deposits are taken off the final total of your invoice.
TRIALS
Trials must be paid for prior.
We recommend clients to have a trial as this allows me to get an understanding the vibe and style of the wedding, this will then reduce any changes on the wedding date.
I like to take this time to build our friendship and get to know each other. I want to make your special morning as relaxed as possible.
Trials include one look, if you change your mind on the chosen look you will need to pay the full trial price again and re book another trial date.
Be clear with what look you are going for. I suggest bringing along 3 inspiration pictures, try looking for similar hair colour and length.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made via bank transfer to the nominated account which you can find at the bottom of your invoice. We do not deal with cash on the day due to tax and business management.
PARKING + TRAVEL
All locations requiring payment for parking must be paid for in full by the client on the day or prior.
Toll fees will be included in the total travel cost.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS + EARLY MORNING STARTS
All public holidays incur a 10% surcharge and a fee of $50 will be charged with starts before 6am.
HAIR STYLING
Hair styling can take anywhere between 40-60 minutes. On wedding days I allocate 1 hour per person to give room for any minor changes or set backs. I would much prefer you being ahead of time rather than late. You can make any small changes to your hair style however if you wish to fully change your hair a $100 charge will be applied. No refund will be given after the services have been done for any reason.
Hair by Lacey can not be held liable for any damage to the hair..
PRODUCT + EQUIPMENT
No other person apart from the Hair by Lacey Artist is to touch any product or equipment without consent. Please take care of children, pets near the area as there can be hot tools, glass products, liquids etc.Hair By Lacey can not be held responsible to any accidents. Any loss or damage to our products or equipment by the client, whether its accidental or not will be charged to the client. The replacement of the items must be paid on the day via bank transfer and an invoice will be sent within 24 hours to the client.
STYLIST
It is a minimum of 4 adults per stylist, if you require more stylists and do not met these minimums there is a $50 call out fee per stylist.
Stylists are allocated depending on availability, if you would like to request a certain stylist please include this information when you inquire.
CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be given to the client after the final payment is due 2 weeks prior.
Stylists are booked months in advanced and lock in these dates for your wedding date, so no money will be refunded after the 2 week cut off.
If numbers area decreased within 4 weeks of the wedding date there is a $80 per person cancellations fee. Booking fee/deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled at any time.
COVID CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONMENTS
• No refunds will be given back to the client after the final payment is made 2 weeks prior. Stylists are booked months/years in advance for your wedding date, so no money will be refunded after the 2 week cut off.
• If numbers are decreased from 4 weeks out the full invoice must still be paid.
• If a LOCKDOWN occurs and your wedding can no longer take place due to government guidelines your remaining balance minus your non-refundable deposit will be credited to you for 12 months
• The client will forfeit their deposit also a 25% admin fee off your total bill if they decide to postpone due to border closures or restrictions not due to a government LOCKDOWN. This covers all admin work and loss of income from other bookings being turned away for this date.
• If a bridal party member requires a hair and/or a makeup service and cannot attend the wedding due to border closures or restrictions Hair by Lacey must be informed no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. After this there will be an $80 fee per person to cover the minimum requirement fee.
